Strategic Leadership Development™ through Leadership Effectiveness Analysis 360°™

LEA describes effective leadership behaviour. Data are gathered from on-line questionnaires. Participants get an in-depth description of their functioning in a (non-hierarchical) role. 22 behaviours (competencies) are divided over 6 impact zones (functions). The instrument is at its most powerful when used as a 360° development tool.

LEA has different types of approaches allowing the analysis of company leadership styles and leadership cultures (wanted as well as aspired). The high validity and reliability of the instruments allows re-testing, leading to a refined analysis of change in leadership behaviour.

LEA is based on research, analysing those behaviours shown by successful leaders in European companies. These bases of comparison can be tailored to the expectations of the client, based on extensive research of a European population. Research data are available.
