Product approach

ACT develops its interventions with an approach based on competency. The ACT competency model is divided into Impact zones, Clusters and Competencies. Each intervention starts with a thorough analysis of business needs and research on the overall objectives of the client. Together with the client, we then select the competencies required to achieve these objectives. The approach will differ depending on expectations for personal, team or organisational development.
